1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the UX Analysis Report service at uxanalysisreport.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Custeo Dijital Teknoloji Ltd. Şti., registered in Turkey.

2. Description of Service

UX Analysis Report is an AI-powered website audit tool that analyzes submitted URLs and generates reports covering usability, visual hierarchy, conversion optimization, mobile experience, trust signals, and content clarity.

Reports are delivered by email and available online via a unique link. Two tiers are available:

  • Free Report — includes an overall UX score and a partial preview of metrics and issues, at no charge.
  • Pro Report — includes full metrics, all issues with solutions, action plan, and conversion insights, available for a one-time payment of $3 USD per report.

3. User Accounts

To access your reports, you may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We use a passwordless login system — a secure link is sent to your email address each time you log in.

4. Payments and Credits

Pro reports are unlocked using credits. Credits can be purchased in the following packages:

  • 1 credit — $3.00 USD
  • 5 credits — $12.00 USD
  • 10 credits — $22.00 USD

Credits do not expire and are non-transferable. All payments are processed securely by PayTR. By making a purchase, you authorize PayTR to charge the amount to your selected payment method.

All prices are in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Submit URLs you do not have permission to analyze.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
  • Use automated scripts to submit large volumes of requests.
  • Upload or link to malicious, illegal, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate.
  • The analysis results will lead to specific business outcomes.
  • Reports will be delivered within a specific time frame (typical delivery is 3–7 minutes).

AI-generated analysis reflects the model's interpretation of visible page elements and should be treated as advisory, not prescriptive.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custeo Dijital Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue or business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific report in question.

8. Intellectual Property

The analysis reports generated for your submitted URLs are provided for your personal or business use. You may not resell or sublicense reports without our written permission.

All other content on this website — including design, copy, and code — is the intellectual property of Custeo Dijital Teknoloji Ltd. Şti.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
