Refund & Delivery Policy

1. Service Delivery

UX Analysis Report is a fully digital service. Upon submitting a URL and completing payment (where applicable), your report is generated automatically by our AI system and delivered in the following ways:

  • By email — a link to your report is sent to the email address you provided, typically within 3–7 minutes of submission.
  • Online — the report is accessible at a unique URL and from your account dashboard at uxanalysisreport.com/dashboard.

There is no physical product or physical delivery involved in this service.

2. Credit Purchases

Pro reports are unlocked using credits purchased via PayTR. Credits are added to your account immediately after a successful payment and remain valid indefinitely — they do not expire.

Available credit packages:

  • 1 credit — $3.00 USD
  • 5 credits — $12.00 USD
  • 10 credits — $22.00 USD

3. Refund Policy

Because our service delivers digital content that is generated and made available immediately upon payment, all sales are generally final.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Your report was not delivered to your email and is not accessible online within 30 minutes of payment.
  • A technical error on our part resulted in a failed or incomplete report.
  • You were charged more than once for the same report due to a payment system error.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting us at mail@custeo.com with your order details.

We do not offer refunds for credits that have already been used to unlock a report, or for reports where the analysis was successfully completed and delivered.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at mail@custeo.com with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The website URL you submitted for analysis.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have a concern about your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve any issues directly and promptly.
