  • Screenshots — desktop and mobile screenshots of the submitted page, captured automatically for analysis purposes.
  • Payment information — processed securely by PayTR. We do not store your card details.
  • Usage data — basic analytics such as page visits, processed through Google Analytics.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To generate and deliver your UX analysis report.
  • To process payments for Pro reports.
  • To send transactional emails (report delivery, login links).
  • To improve our service and monitor usage patterns.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party processors to operate our service:

  • OpenAI — AI vision analysis of your website screenshots. Screenshots are sent to OpenAI's API and are subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
  • PayTR — Payment processing. Subject to PayTR's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics — Anonymous usage statistics.
  • MongoDB Atlas — Secure cloud database for storing report data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your report data (including the submitted URL and analysis results) for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at mail@custeo.com.

Screenshots used for analysis are not stored permanently and are discarded after the report is generated.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for session management (keeping you logged in) and for Google Analytics. No advertising cookies are used. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of your account.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and Turkish KVKK), you have the right to:
